Pete’s Farmstand

Live Stream Is working. Check date to make sure it is current. Happy shopping and a big thank you.

Pete’s Farm Stand opened in March 2020. It is named after my father Peter who bought the property to develop from his Uncle, Leo Cherbak, one of the farming pioneers of this area of the foothills. Leo planted a hundred avocado trees most of which were lost to the flood control dam building project, but those trees remaining from 1960, make up the backbone of the produce we sell. Peter added around 30 citrus trees which are producing the amazing oranges, lemons, and grapefruit we sell. I have added another 50 trees of apricots, peaches, plums, apple, fig and tropical varieties, as well as eggs. I hope to turn Pete’s farm stand into a year round source of organic fruit to serve our neighborhood of San Antonio Heights. This page is a new feature so that anyone can view a live stream of what is on offer in the fruit stand. Around June the produce changes from the staples of Citrus and Avocados to a wider variety of fruits some with very short shelf life and season. This live stream is intended as a way to see what is available real time. Book mark this page and check it before you come up. Hope to see you soon. In addition to the fruit stand I also do Metalwork and Woodwork. Explore this website to see some of my more interesting projects. If you need anything made or repaired give me a call. I do projects as small as a single shelf or a doghouse all the way up to furnishing an entire restaurant or a museum lobby.

Thanks

Nick Cherbak
